Neurotoxins
What It Does
Botulinum toxin type A is an injectable neurotoxin, better known under brand names such as Botox Cosmetic®, Dysport®, and Xeomin®. Neurotoxin treatments are the most popular single cosmetic procedure in the U.S. and are mainly used to smooth dynamic wrinkles, or those wrinkles that form as a result of facial movements like frowning, squinting, smiling, and other expressions we tend to make day after day.
How It Works
Treatment works by blocking nerve impulses to the muscles, causing them to relax. As a result, your expressions soften and the dynamic wrinkles are greatly reduced.
What It Does
Injectable dermal filler is used to give volume and create contours on the fave where the volume has disappeared with age.
Different formulations are approved to either lift cheeks, smooth smile lines, smooth vertical lip lines, plump the lips, plump earlobes, improve jowls, or define the jawline.
How It Works
Allergan is the maker of Juvederm, and they have made multiple dermal fillers including Juvederm Ultra, Ultra Plus, Voluma, Vollure, and Volbella, all made up of hyaluronic acid. Each filler has special characteristics. This allows us to customize to your needs.
The results are subtle and long-lasting. Depending on the filler chosen for you, filler can last 1-2 years. Treatment time can take 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Kybella
What It Does
Kybella is a prescription medicine and the only FDA-approved injectable treatment in adults to improve the appearance and profile of moderate to severe fat below the chin.
How It Works
Deoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat.
When injected into the fat beneath the chin, Kybella destroys fat cells, and, once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate. This results in a noticeable reduction in fullness under the chin, revealing an improved chin profile.
Patients may experience visible results in 2 to 4 treatments.
Sculptra Aesthetic is injectable poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) substance that naturally strengthens the skin and restores collagen. It is a collagen stimulator that works to replace collagen lost over time.
Collagen loss is one of the biggest culprits that leads to signs of aging, and this FDA-approved injectable provides results that can last over two years. The treatment usually involves two to three sessions that are spaced six weeks apart.
Sculptra Aesthetic reduces the overall volume loss in our faces as we age by stimulating the production of collagen and increasing collagen growth naturally. This influx of collagen works to give your face a youthful fullness and volume, resulting in a younger and more beautiful looking you. The collagen enhancing results that are produced after a Sculptra® treatment are seen in about four to six weeks.
Most patients need 1-2 vials per treatment.
