Dr. Ehasz went to medical school at Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Florida, subsequently trained in anesthesiology at the University of Miami, Florida. Upon graduation, she moved to Harlingen and entered private practice in anesthesiology.
She then went on to obtain her advanced training in pain management in order to take care of the precarious pain patient population. She is excited to join Optimum and start serving the RGV.
Dr. Forman has been in practice in South Texas for over 25 years, previously serving as Chief of Anesthesia Services at Valley Baptist Medical Center in Harlingen, and he has staff privileges at multiple local hospitals.
Dr. Forman believes strongly in personally spending time with his patients educating them in order to facilitate maximally the management of their painful conditions. He enjoys the challenges of safely managing complicated chronic pain syndromes utilizing the latest evidence-based therapies.
In his free time, Dr. Forman enjoys golfing, fishing, and bird hunting. He is married to his wife of thirty years, Tracia, and together they have three wonderful and accomplished adult children. He is an avid Florida Gators fan.
Dr. Pallares is a graduate of the University of Miami Medical School, and he has been in private practice for over 25 years.
He is board-certified in both anesthesiology and pain management, and he is the recipient of The Brownsville Herald’s Reader’s Choice Award in Pain Management (2009).
In his free time, he enjoys traveling, collecting sports trading cards, and cheering on his Miami Hurricanes!
